Riverkids is one of the organizations actively working to prevent child trafficking in Cambodia. We work to improve the livelihood of vulnerable children and their families.
In order to upgrade our service in helping those children who are at risk of trafficking, we are committed to build up our staff and volunteers’ capacity by sending them to join various training programs and workshops organized by both local and international organizations.
So far, we have sent our staff twice to attend the trainings. On 24th July 2011, we sponsored 16 staff members to attend a training workshop entitled “How to be Great Staff” and on 21th August 2011, we sent around 19 staff and volunteers to attend a training workshop entitled “Holistic Thinking and Decision Making for Life” organized by APLUS School for Professional.
